I recently watched this Documentary about Jack Herer and was “turned on”. I knew some of the information contained within, but was not aware of just how deep and dark the rabbit hole really was.

Background Information:
As detailed in the Documentary, Hemp was a vital plant throughout history. It was the first Cash Crop George Washington Planted. It was vital to everyday life, as it provided paper, oil, canvas, rope and dozens of other products that were needed in everyday life.
It has also been used as a medicine by every culture on this planet, only with the rise of it’s use by Blacks and Hispanics in the United states lead to it’s prohibition, a purely racial based fear of drugged out uprising. A law passed on lies, and propaganda that would make Machiavelli Proud.
The Petition:
This Simple Petition States that Hemp was outlawed under false pretense. Arrest under false pretense is grounds for a mistrial in any USA court, why is this beneficial plant not afforded the same right to fair trial?
It is also the grounds of this petition that disinformation, and demonization by mass-media and the government is the only reason anyone stand for it to be illegal. Similarly to the way Absinthe was Outlawed due to Demonization by it’s competition Winery’s, by using factless horror stories. Weed has become a monster to many, due only to the factless; and insulting, ads, commercials and propaganda films.
The goal of this petition is three-fold.
1. To achieve the complete and total legalization of hemp in all it’s uses, including: commercial uses such as paper and textile, Medical uses such as pain relief, appetite enhancement, and recreational as a HARMLESS recreational drug with 0 verified deaths ever, compared to the thousands caused by legal and easy to buy over-the-counter drugs, alcohol, and tobacco every year.
2. To spread as much information about the hemp plant, and the lies that have been propagated about it as possible to as many people as possible.
3. To unveil the truth behind what was; until recent history, the most important plant in history.
