First up Miley Cyrus is doing a cover of Poison’s ‘Every Rose Has It’s Thorn’. Is she finally growing up and shedding the chains of her Disney masters? Or is this just another in the long line of ploys of Disney corp, trying to milk the last bits of their stars’ vitality before kicking them to the curb?
I don’t know. I will give the girl credit, she has (to all appearances) held up to the pressure. Her dad has likely been helpful in that regard. I will also give Billy some props, he is not a bad actor, and I wish him all the success in the world with acting. Anything to keep him the fuck away from a mic!
Anyway, she has yet to show the signs of cracking under the strain most HollyWood brats do by her age, so good for her on the front. As for her being the puppet of a soulless corporation, maybe this “new direction” she looks to be going in means she actually does have a brain in that pretty little head.
Will she keep on going strong when she is no longer as appealing to her mindless teeny bopper audience? I don’t know. What I do know is I would slam her like a screen door in a hurricane given the chance. Even puppets need a good fuck once in a while. I would do her far better than any of those ball-less pretty boys she hangs with.
Angelina Jolie is bitching about Obama not taking more action in Darfur. This is one of her pet (or are her kids her pets? they are certainly a collection at the very least) causes. While I will agree that Darfur needs help, there are plenty of other places that need it just as much. Starting with this country.
Angelina, not everyone makes millions of dollars for looking good, and acting sexy (even at her best that is always her trump card). Most of the USA is in need of help, and guess what. If I have to choose between us and Darfur, well FUCK DARFUR, I choose US!
Angelina… SHUT THE FUCK UP! You are in the entertainment business. Do your charity, and leave the real work to the grown ups.
